Robert Everest 'The World on Seven Strings'

In 2010, Sound and Sight, LLC president Andrew Turpening worked with Minneapolis, MN-based guitarrist and singer Robert Everest on his album 'The World on Seven Strings'. Andrew engineered, mixed, and co-produced the album.
​
Robert is a world class linguist and sings fluently in seven languages on the album. His resonant tenor voice is accompanied by his seven string Brazilian guitar; the low string adds an added depth and allows Robert to play bass lines, as well expressive melodies and harmonies, on his guitar. enTraance 'Quarantine'
​
In 2020, Sound and Sight, LLC president Andrew Turpening's band enTraance released its first music video, 'Quarantine', from its upcoming second album. 'Quarantine' was filmed in the epic, majestic landscapes of Duluth, Minnesota (the farthest western point of the Great Lakes) and Lake Superior's North Shore.
​
enTraance performs Andrew's signature blend of hypnotic rhythms on drum set and percussion mixed with synthesizers and classical strings. The result is an innovative sound that is epic, sweeping, and inspirational. enTraance is Andrew's main creative outlet; he is currently composing the band's second album.
