Robert Everest 'The World on Seven Strings'

In 2010, Sound and Sight, LLC president Andrew Turpening worked with Minneapolis, MN-based guitarrist and singer Robert Everest on his album 'The World on Seven Strings'. Andrew engineered, mixed, and co-produced the album.
​
Robert is a world class linguist and sings fluently in seven languages on the album. His resonant tenor voice is accompanied by his seven string Brazilian guitar; the low string adds an added depth and allows Robert to play bass lines, as well expressive melodies and harmonies, on his guitar. DNA 'Miles Como Yo'
​
Sound and Sight, LLC president Andrew Turpening engineered, mixed, and coproduced the debut album of Frankie DNA, a brilliant Cuban hip hop artist now based in Minnesota. The album was a 5-song EP called 'Miles Como Yo' (Thousands Like Me) and was completed in 2009. After we completed the album, Frank traveled to Havana, Cuba, where he filmed music videos for two of the songs from the album; they are below.
